Since I've been out of grad school, I feel like my life has really opened up. Before, I felt trapped, that I would have to wait a very long time doing this career that I was not that interested in for a few years until I could have children. Even though I'll probably be working full time soon, I no longer have this feeling of needing to wait. My life is finally beginning, and it's on my own terms this time.
